I'll mark them for too much fighting amongst the cockerels - although I'm also careful not to select wimps that would run from a predator.
I'll also flag them for health problems or unusual growth (ie too slow) .
But - I don't consider myself an amateur breeder - let alone a pro, so I'm interested in what others look for.
