Culling noisy chukar

I am in a suburban neighborhood setting and require quiet birds. Someone told me if I cull the noisy chukar I won't have to worry about noise as the other will remain quiet.

is this true? Do only some chukar have a noisy personality?

Chukars are naturally pretty vocal birds especially during spring mating time. Culling one bird will not solve your problem if you live in a city. You might try getting a canary.
