Cold morning here...I know, for some of you it isn't cold at all but this is South Texas, it should be in the upper 60's to 70's, this time of year....it's 40°F this morning!
The trees are just now starting to turn color!...really pretty this year.

40 would be nice. It snowed overnight here. Brrr...
Need to wrap the chicken coop today before we get a big snow and it ends up inside. We have an outdoor enclosure on the coop so they have a place to go to get out of rain, etc. But, snow can blow right into it through the hardware cloth. Not much of a sanctuary when that happens. They spent the day in it yesterday because of freezing rain. I guess you could say they were all cooped up.

Good morning everyone! Thanks for the coffee!
No snow here, but it is cold out. We wrapped the outdoor portion of the coop yesterday so they have a place to get out of the snow when it comes. Of course they still can free range and that area is not roofed or wrapped. I just like them to have a place to go to get out of the elements but still have the fresh air of outdoors.
