Try adding a bit of flour.

I figured out what went wrong with the Lemon Llinzers. It was the butter. I usually use a premium brand (Tillamook) and this time I used the Kroger brand. That's what I get for trying to save a few bucks. Not worth it. There would be no way to add flour to this dough once it has been formed and refrigerated. It's a roll out dough. I suppose I could have rolled it out with flour, but I got it to work. I just rolled it out between sheets of parchment and then refrigerated the result for an hour and then was able to cut the cookies just fine. What an ordeal. lol

My cookies are done and shipped!!! Angel Fingers, Jam Thumbprints, Cherry Chocolate Pistachio, Butterscotch, and Lemon Linzers. Woot! I decided to do it early because they are predicting delivery problems. All mine will be delivered Monday or Tuesday, so I'm happy about that.

They discontinued the meds because his blood pressure was bottoming out which was okay.

Someone dropped the ball when he was discharged they did not add the meds back.
