Curb the agression?

x2
I know how I'd react to a child chasing me. You're lucky he didn't peck the child.
I don't let children near my boys, not because the boys would peck the child; I trust my lads completely. But because they can be unpredictable and I do not want my roosters being chased.
He probably feels like he has been challenged, hence the crowing.
His manliness is at stake here!

I do not advise this if you want to be close to your chickens. This would work for other people, but I like to have a close relationship with my lads. They should feel happy coming up to me and sitting on my lap.
IMO if the situation gets bad enough you have to shoot water at a chicken, they should be in the freezer, and not around people, ESPECIALLY young kids.

Give this roo a bit more time. He sounds nice enough.
Just so you know my boys love me i can walk up to my boys and pick them up cuddle them I have one that will give you a kiss if you pucker your lips and ive always used a spray bottle it is only for really bad behavior like fighting with each other

lol.

I got my first "attack" today. I walked into the run, where my foot was jumped on, and repeatedly pecked. I just wiggled him off. Hilariously enough, the one pullet who I said embarrass him regularly, pecked him in the face, and promptly came over for treats lol.

Did he actually jump onto your foot?
Naughty boy. How much does he see of you each day? Do you sit with him at all?
If he gets much worse or continues doing this you might want to consider rehoming him. Although if he gets that bad I'm not sure anyone else should have to deal with him.
I do love his little face though. Maybe he'll calm down soon.

Yep, he sure did, and when I let him out this morning, he ran out the people door, and pecked my leg. While he has never been my lap chicken, I sit in the run, and I'm probably out there 2 or 3 hours a day. I'm about to go out there with some treats and see if that improves his mood, if not, a batchlor pad may come into consideration if he is still like this as an older bird. I know that teenage boys are like this, so I'm hoping its just a phase. Also, before he would attack me, if anyone else would come in the run with me, he would go lay down in the coop and cluck.
