I tried it after four of my chickens died. I bought pure L – lysine powder meant for horses. I put three giant scoops in their water. One of my girls who was symptomatic with a limp, drank the water for three days. It was successful for six weeks after that, but then she died. All of my girls who contracted this virus would limp, go lame, then die within two weeks, she lived six weeks. So now I am adding Liz every two weeks to the water. So far so good… It has been two months.
