I got these chickens when they were really small..chicks..I've raised them but not sure what they are breed wise...they are very friendly..laying age..smaller than the other hens though? I have two of them and not sure why they are so much smaller than the other hens..they were from the same hatch. Are they possible bantams?

Also i know they look dirty but I'm not sure why? I have silkies..a white rock rooster..a leghorn rooster..they are all white and not dirty? Maybe its part of the breed?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Look to be a Leghorn hybrid of some type. What hatchery are they from?
Just a guy selling chickens..I’m guessing all backyard mixes.

are leghorn hens usually small?
Thanks for the reply

They are very likely crossbreds then, with heavy Leghorn influence I'd say. Leghorns are a smaller and slimmer breed than most other layer type breeds. Though there are bantam Leghorns yours aren't small enough to be considered bantams
