Hi! New here. I've got 7 5-6 week old chicks. 1 wheaten Ameraucana, 3 wheaten Olive Eggers (ameraucana/maran I believe) and 3 easter eggers! I'm wondering if anyone could help me decide if we have pullets or roos! Thanks!

The first 2 pictures are one chick and the next 2 pictures are another.these ones I'm most curious about. The next picture shows my darkest of the wheaten chicks so I thought maybe roo? But she has a very friendly demeanor.

Wow! If those 4 chicks really are all pullets, that is really lucky for straight run chicks! :)
Yeah! Fingers crossed! We do plan on keeping 1 rooster and I have a friend who got all pullets said she would take one also if we had another one. My other EE I think maybe rooster. He has a cross beak too poor guy. He was black when we brought him home, but now mostly a dark brown/black

Hi PickyNicky, thanks for posting such great photos of your chicks! Now that it's been a few months I was interested in knowing what your chicks' genders ended up being. Was the dark wheaten chick a roo (picture 5)? I got some wheaten Olive Eggers also and two are darker and two are paler. Probably two and two? Thanks! And sorry to follow up on an old thread but hopefully you're happy with them! They're beautiful.
