curious about when I need to be concerned

hello, I have two newly hatched turkeys now 3 days old. im not finding very helpful info anywhere, did I need to vaccinate them? do I need to add anything to water? they are eating and drinking fine, but I did notice brownish/yellowish foamy poop. is that normal?

That's just baby cecal poop.
They likely don't need any vaccinations, I'm not sure if there are any for turkeys.
Just keep them away from any chickens you might have. Chickens carry disease that can kill turkeys.

So I have noticed they are having more dirreaha, pasty butts, one looks like it’s butt is poking out some and seems not as active as the other.
