Curious looking beardy-hairy legged chicken!! What am I???

Hi all

hoping some of you can help identify this breed....I had thought initially it was a pekin or a brahma? Is now 7 weeks old

Does it look male or female? Comb has been coming in slowly and very pale for last week or so - but those tail feathers are rather impressive!

A very tame docile bird - loves to sit and perch on your arm

Could it be a mille fleur d'Uccle? That's what it looks like to me. If so, I would guess it's a girl. The boys grow combs really early.

I have read (probably on here ) that they can sometimes not get their full adult coloring until after a molt or two. Not sure if that's right, but it could be why she looks so close but is missing a little something. She is a beauty! And she has her runway model look on too! Didn't know birds could do sultry!?

Yes, I believe most mille fleurs first feathers come in mostly brown with some black, they get more of the mille fleur coloring as they moult and grow.
