My daughters won a couple of chickens in a Barn Yard Scramble last July. The hen is laying about 5 small beige eggs a week and the rooster sings to us every morning, evening and sometimes in the afternoon. We have some 4 week old RIRs that we are raising also.

What kind of chickens do we have?

Yes, he looks like a brown-red rosecomb. Not sure what she is, but not a rosecomb.
