I've never heard of it done, but there is a lady on here incubating in her bra so you never know! LOL I think humidity would be the biggest problem.

I have heard of people using heat lamps (more likely infrared than UV), @ChloeSilkie08 is right, you need to be able to keep humidity up especially when they're hatching. If you have a thermometer and hygrometer to measure temperature and humidity it would be possible but trickier than an incubator. There's a few home made 'bators on here it might be worth checking out.
