Curled toenails? What do I do?

OKay, my porcleain d uccles has some to nails that are curling. My dad suggested we cut them. Should I cut them?
Any help is appricated!
 
My SSH bantam girl has curled toenails and yes you should cut them. Just take a little off each time with a pet nail clipper until you see a very light pink meaning it is close to the quick..
