Where can I move to where I could have those temperatures? We can have it up to 108F (I remember in the "old money" from when I was at school. We'd get sent home if it was 108F. Stupid really, because many of us walked home or to the bus-stop. We'd be better off sweltering in the classroom than in the blazing sun.)

I want to live in Minnesota or somewhere.

As for movies, I just watched one called "Enough Said". It stars Julia Louis-Dreyfus, James Gandolfini (RIP) and Catherine Keener. It's described as a "romantic comedy" online, but it's more of a drama about some people, Julia's character is a divorced mother of a girl about to go to college, Catherine Keener is a client, also the mother of a daughter about to go to college, James Gandolfini is a guy Julia meets... I liked it, it was well done and not the usual sort of far-fetched nonsense they put in "romantic comedies".

Saw "Bridge of Spies" today. Long (nearly 2.5 hrs) and boring-ish. At the end you realize it was kind of a Schindler's List deal (guy rescues people, another film by Spielberg), but this story about his first swap-the-enemy-prisoner negotiations was just very drawn out and not too dramatic. We all just left the theater feeling cold because it was filmed in Berlin during winter and the theater added to the ambience by blasting the air-con on a 50-degree (at best) day.

Summary: Tom Hanks plays a lawyer in an icebox, catches cold. Best lines by his client, the Russian/German spy.

You could always move to NW Montana. Summer temperatures can get into the 80s but the humidity is low so it's not uncomfortable. Of course you would experience cold winters.

I'd love cold winters. Give me snow, lots of snow, under starry skies above....

(don't mind me, it's summer, and I hate the heat.)

I might put Dr Zhivago on or that movie with Sarah Polley, with all the snow.....

NIce to have you here Potato Chip, you make me hungry. I've cut back to "lightly salted" but, still each a big bag at one sitting. Thank you for your movie comments, I had wanted to see that movie but, never got around to it. I heard it was very good. I 'll have to check and see if Netflix has it.
