Oh my gosh we just watched The Book of Life.
Amazing animated movie.

The "book of life" was great, loved the music they picked through out.

My dd stole it out of the bag the day we bought it and I never got to watch it. Today she comes barreling in the door after school, "Mom, we gotta watch a movie. It's something you are gonaan LOOOOVE!" and she was right.

The music choices were spot on.

I didn't read the book and didn't see it either. The trailer didn't interest me, no chemistry between the two and not the least bit s*xy. I'm saving my $$ for The Second Best Exotic Marigold Hotel coming out March 6.

Leonard Nimoy - Spock, of Star Trek has passed away at 83 of COPD. I believe he had given up smoking 30 years ago. He surely will be missed.

" Unbroken " a story worth telling and a movie worth seeing. A great story - a fair movie in my opinion. The Princess really liked it. Would like to hear other opinions.

Thanks for the review cause the post on here about it made me google the movie and discover the book.
I read the book. Could not put it down. Loved the book. But I would not read it again cause it gave me nightmares. So, I probably wouldn't see the movie. But the book really struck a chord, really made me think about many, many things and still has me thinking.
