Current Movies - Thumbs UP or Thumbs DOWN

Thank you to all for the review on Jurassic World. We have enjoyed all the previous releases in this franchise. ALl a bit corny, in a fun and exciting way. ANd yes, the kitchen scene was memorable, as was the man who hid in the hut-syle bathroom. Good writing combines the hilarious with the scariest. . . . looking forward to taking my kids to this movie . . . and we RARELY go to the movies. WE will for this one.

As for Dwayne, he will always be The ROck to me, . . . The movie Doom brought out his evil side. A pretty good movie given the roots as a computer game. Good writing, unexpected relationships. . . even the co-star ( played BOnes in the new Star Treks, Karl Urban, I think) played a very good supporting actor role.

My wife and I went and saw Jurassic World this evening and although we didn't it scary, we enjoyed it. I loved the scene where the Indominus Rex meets its end. It reminded me of the old saying, there's always a bigger fish (or in this case a Mosasaurus) in the sea. :o)

Today we saw "Aloha". There was so little substance to this movie that not even Bradley Cooper could save it.

If you haven't done so yet, google 'Bradley Cooper Elephant Man'. Click on the video where a 'normal' Bradley Cooper transforms into the Elephant Man as the doctor points out his afflictions - impressive!

Also went to see Jurassic world, like the training raptors thing but the 'designer dinasor' not so much they left out Chuck Norris's DNA - at least now I know who were my chooks ancestors were

ROFL you have not met my amaucana rooster.. He bites!! You should see the cut and bruise on my inner forearm!! Blue is all raptor when picked up. lol He will let me carry him without a struggle but will bite me if he can. Yup. "Raptor" ( still laughing.)

Kids dying to see Jurrassic World. Though they think they missed a movie, one before this one. What is the title of it???

Jurassic Park, The Lost World and Jurassic Park 3 (its great name!!) all good fun especially the guy sitting on the 'loo' can't remember which one, but died laughing its so much like my dog, he will bite the door down to get to me when I'm in the bathroom (don't know what for) lol - show us a pic of bite - mine are pathetic can't peck at all even Molly sitting on her egg lets me check her.
Enjoy the movie

Quote: Yes, we still laugh when atalking about the "loo" scene. In the first movie. Hmm Jurassic park 3???? THAT title doesn't sound familiar. Maybe we did miss that one. Do we need to see it BEFORE Jurassic World??

No pics---sorry. Mostly healed up now so not very impressive any more.

Will check in tomorrow. Gotta run for now.

No not really they all have their own story - but must admit not a fundi on these movies - Im sure it was 3 or 111 or Jurassic Rides Again or something but there were definitely three movies before this one..
