Current Movies - Thumbs UP or Thumbs DOWN

I just started the Netflix series "Luke Cage." Another real goodie. I'm about to start episode 9. Think I'll have to finish tomorrow, my behind has fallen asleep sitting so long, and I am way behind with plants and BYC.

I'm still waiting for season five of Hell on Wheels to stream on Netflix. Would be nice to watch the last season of Justified also someday. I got lucky with that one, a truck driver who use to come in at work daily lent me all the seasons on DVD, all but the last which wasn't aired yet.

Ohh I actually liked "Hell on Wheels" quite a bit but I fell off the wagon after season 2 and kind of forgot about it.

And on a similar note...have any of y'all Texans seen the movie that came out in theaters recently "Hell or High Water"? It may very well be the best movie of all time! Generally speaking. But it also may very well be one of the most Texan movies of all time, which made me love it even more! Go see it!

Well finished up Luke Cage at only 6:38 am Saturday . Most Excellent ,except now have to wait for the next season. I guess I am just "that' way. An open box, is always an empty box be it candy, cookies, cake, almond crescents, eclairs, cream puffs, or ice cream.

Haven't seen it but will keep it in mind for someday.
Did you happen to catch the miniseries 'Texas Rising' on the History channel last yr?
I thought it was very good and am hoping they film a second season, ended as if they definitely planned on it. Didn't receive very good reviews though so I don't know if they'll finish it up.

I saw "Hell or High Water," and enjoyed it very much. When the camera would pan the area and you could see the pockets of poverty. It gave you a strong sense of why some folks did what they did.

Thank you Sour, glad you are going to movies again
