I finally after years of 'no contact' -got NETFLIX- wow what a world out there... I sat watching Designator Survivor love Kiefer Sutherland watched in 24 - then sat thru The Good Witch whole series. Can not stop

its like we have been starved for years - I feel like an Alien that has just landed - just have to deal with power cuts and buffering but its better than nothing..

Love all your movies Lady of McCamley especially the Rookie but the new stuff is good too. Watching AO tonight ..

I've got so many things saved to watch I'll probably never get through them all lol. Ours doesn't buffer or pause, sometimes hulu plus does. If I try to watch Vikings on the History Channel on the laptop it's terrible. On our TV through the Roku it plays great. Maybe you should try a Roku might eliminate the buffering, any movie and TV app can be used on it plus there is tons of free channels. I never watched much TV at all until we got Netflix. Started with watching the whole series of Jericho (never saw it before) then Firefly, Farscape, Revelation Road movies(a lot like Mad Max) so many others I don't remember them all when you want to watch them.

Yesterday three of us went to see early morning showing of "Rogue One." I am NOT a Star Wars fan but, I would rate it 3 out of 4 stars. My brother said the same. My adult son said he doesn't rate movies-

- however he is supposed to see the movie again with his friends today and didn't seen that happy about it.

Whoop Whoop I totally "get it." My son has Netflix and is able to share with my brother and I. The series I have watched, I have mostly liked very , very much; "Daredevil," "Luke Cage," "Jessica Jones," "Dark Matter," "Stranger Things," an Australian series "Glitch." I am planning to start a brand new on " OA" when I can spare the time away from BYC.
If I like the first episode or 2 , I am usually driven to marathon them and see at least half of the series in a night and finish the next night.

I don't watch regular tv shows period and don't miss them For weather I listen to the radio. For current news I check out news sources on line..

I also saw "Rogue One" and enjoyed it. Good story, well-acted, excellent visual effects. It was entertaining.

Hate to rain on your parade, but I just read that George Soros just bought into Netflix. I won't use it, Amazon I hope is still Soros free.

Stranger things was great still got to get season 2 - absolutely, marathon tuck in with goodies and don't move probably 'cos I fall asleep

but no matter you can go back and watch and watch .... just heaven especially for me We just got Luke Cage as a new release pic puts me off a bit but if you say its good I'll give it a go.. thanks DD

DS went to see Rogue One in 4DX whatever that is, two of friends had whiplash after.. hysterical...

Thanks Beercan for the tip I shall investigate Roku not sure if we have it but will definitely check it out.

Just saw first episode of OA, at this point I don't like it. I see Brad Pitt has his hands in this one (not as an actor) but, director or something - I am old and can't remember from one minute to the next. My son says it is low rated on Rotten tomatoes. I'll have to look for something else.

My son loves Firefly and tried to get me to watch it - I just couldn't get into it. I hated the first episode of Jessica Jones but, later tried again and suddenly I liked it. In fact the bad guy is so bad, that I could see his face long after I stopped watching. He really gave me the creeps.

Whoop Whoop I have mis spoken. The first episode of OA is so boring BUT, I decided to hang on awhile. I finished second and third episodes MUCH better - I am hooked.
