My town of throop put in laws 30 years ago that we can't own anything farm related...My quails are an exeption or a loophole because they never said anything about quails...I want chickens and ducks so bad but I don't want to get a fine...Is there a such thing as a poultry/fowl permit? If so where and how? Ok thanks for letting me vent...
