i saw that justino15 had a "pity the fool..." under his pic? is that a new banner or a custom banner?

Couldn't tell you, but I have noticed that some have out of the ordinary banners.

Its a custom banner. Every once in awhile the mods will change someone's due to something they have said. justino15 has been trying to get a Mr. T smilie.
