Just wondering. A lady wanted me to hatch eggs for her and when she brought them, they were soaking wet, sitting in little pools in the carton. She said the nest was outside in the rain. They were also cold, since the temps have been in the upper 30's at night. I guess I'll find out in a few days if they are viable, but I was curious if anyone else has ever hatched some like this before.

If they are fertile I would imagine they will hatch. I have a hen or two (more like two or three hundred..lol) they like to lay in any mud hole they can find. Of course, I would have wiped them off before I brought them to you but that's just me.

You should know for sure in 7 days. saladin
