I bought a heated poultry waterer made by Farm Innovations at Fowl Fest this fall, this one...

A few days ago I was taking it out of the shed to clean and fill it, I tipped it to let the dregs fall out and the base fell off and broke when it hit the ground.

I called the company, told them what happened and they took my name and address and told me they would send out a new base...just like that, no questions asked. They didn't even ask for a receipt or anything and the new base arrived today very promptly via UPS.

I just thought that great service deserves recogintion!

I think I ordered from there before. Sounds very familiar. I think that was the place I ordered my waterers and feeders from. Great place. They forgot to put the base the one of the waterers, but I called up, and they shipped it out the next day.
