Customer Service Stinks

We have an iMac and I totally love this thing. Apple makes fantastic machines. Am never ever going to buy any other computer. In 7 years we didn't need help once. Give it a try?
Please note: If you buy a secondhand one, go for an Intel Mac, then you can upgrade later. Ask for a 10.5 or more. 10.4's getting a bit behind, so they'll go cheap, but they won't get support from Apple much longer. They're already on 10.7.
Apple Macs may be a little expensive, but they're worth it!

Yes, yes it does. I don't think their is a paycheck big enough to make me ever do anything similar again unless I ran the business. XD

I will never every buy dell,I had bought a computer for my niece she paid for it I just used my card to order it.
Anyway the guy must have been from India as I could not understand him and he as no help what so ever,that was like 6 years ago.

No I didn't see that commercial. I live in Panama and although we get a lot of tv show from US we don't get the commercials, only ads from Mexico and South America. I'll have to YouTube that one!

I did ask to speak to someone here in the US and boy did one of them get on his high horse and inform me that all customer service calls now come to India because Dell is a world wide product.
Cheap labor and no help what so ever.

DS had bought a Dell laptop. It started running slow over a month ago. Tried their support because he bought the extended warrenty..
Well after about 2 hours trying to get the CS on the other end to try to understand what was happening. I hung up.
Took it to Staples and they got it scanned and did a virus removal on it. Because they got delayed in returning it they did not charge us for the work they did on it.
