Cut eye

I have a silkie hen that has cut her eye. It is now very swollen almost to where she can't open it. I have been giving her antibiotics for a few days now but it doesn't seem to be helping. Anyone know what to do?!?

Sorry for the late response. Can you post a picture? I would keep the wound clean with Vetericyn, or put some plain neosporin on the cut daily, until the wound starts to heal. Does it seem infected, or have drainage or pus?

We have been using that and it doesn't seem infected anymore and the cut is healing, but her eye is still swollen.
