Clean it up with some veterycin or saline, if it needs it put some plain neosporin on it. Looks like the kind of injury that can happen if they are trying to put it through wire. Maybe she was trying to get something on the other side, or maybe she ran into the wire in a panic. Also can happen if they get the beak caught on a feeder. It will probably be fine.
