I came home to find my chicken had a cut on her beak. We have a coop and small run which is enclosed within a bigger electric fence run. I checked all the wire fencing and I didn't see any wire sticking out of the smaller run enclosure, so I'm not sure how she got injured, maybe by another chicken. Either way, what should I do? Is it serious? Should I put neosporin on it or something? Should I worry about her getting attacked by the other chickens (I don't have a rooster). Thank you!

My pullet actually got the exact same cut a few weeks ago, from being pecked by the older chickens. It healed up fine without any help, however it left a sort or bump where it was (I’ll include a picture at the bottom). However, just this morning, it opened up again, again from the other hens, and was bleeding a bit.
Coco’s cut healed:

Looks like a cut from sticking the beak through fencing.
Sometimes this happens when they are trying to reach a bug, blade of grass, etc.
It should heal up fine.
