cute chick names?

I had two Rhode Island Reds that were always together, and it was so hard to tell them apart.  I called them, Stella and Bella.

Then I've had and have..

Daisy, Reba, Had to keep a name Angel for a white leghorn I got, the little girl was crying because I was taking Angel away so I told her I would keep her name, but I usually name my leghorns Miss Piggy, because they are!
Salt for a white one.
Pepper for black.   I know..sooo original.

I have a black bantam hen that has so many feathers on her feet, that she walks like Charlie Chaplin.. I call her Charlie!

I have a blue Olive Egger that I need to name, will be watching this thread for new names.

Hahaha! I have an Angel and Penny as well! Angel is a bantam mottled cochin, so named because she is so round and soft like a little chicken cherub.

Penny is a Gold Neck D'Uccle who is coppery gold with white spangles. I also had a Charlie Chaplin for exactly the same reason.

He was a bantam mottled cochin as well. Sadly he became very aggressive early on and had to be culled.

Mask, Buddy and "That Other Black Hen" - LF Australorp hens

Oh! Can't forget my two Ancona ducklings Scooter and Hershey. How could I forget them?!? They are sitting across the room from me and begging for crickets!

I finally named my last chick today! I got two (alleged) Light Sussex day old sexed chicks, but it turns out neither are pure-breed.

The first one was easy to name - at a few weeks old she developed tiny feather stubs between her toes, and she's got a pea-comb (which I find quite wierd looking, because all my other girls have full combs), so since she's obviously a genetic deviant she was immediately named 'Igor'.

I've been struggling since to name the second one - she's got a full comb, but yellow (non Sussex standard) legs, and today I saw that her feathers are not really white but a sort of creamy, buff colour. It made me think that maybe there is some Buff Sussex somewhere in her ancestry. I was explaining to my husband, and said 'So she's sort of buffy'. 'Like the vampire slayer?' he replied - name sorted!

I find naming chickens so difficult - my first three girls were Rusty, Blackie and Cinders - how unoriginal is that!
