Well, I don't know sex, but if they don't have feathers on the neck, it would be a Naked Neck, AKA Turken. That one in the back definitely looks like a turken to me.

Are you sure a bigger chicken is not pulling off their feathers? I don't know if turkens have feathered feet or not.

Someone can come along and correct me if I am wrong, but I think turken is a breed and naked neck is when a turken is crossed with something to make it a naked neck, so it could be that case that it is a mixed breed.

Backyard Poultry magazine says Turken is just a slang for Naked Neck.
Yeah, I was thinking it's a turken crossed with something else.

I've had a lot of Turkens before but I've never had one crossed with Cochin. No one is plucking him, I've got two of them The one in the back is a Turken and as soon as I get a better pic I'll post it. I've got one I think is a Frizzle Turken cross, or a Frizzle with really bad genes.
