Egglatine: buff Brahma
Henrietta: Easter egger
Violetta: easter egger
Lucille: silver laced wyendott
Flossy and Glossy: black australorps
Penelope: buff orpington
Gertrude: partridge rock
Camilla: silver hammond

Does Egglatine happen to be based off the owl from Guardians of Ga'hoole?

We are first timers and have named our girls after Jane Austen characters. Collectively they are "The Jane Austen Book Club". We have:

Mrs. Norris (Mansfield Park)
Elizabeth Bennett (Pride and Prejudice)

Gertrude Jersey Giant (Gertrude is tha name of the only WW2 WAC flyer still missing in action, she's from NJ. Hubby vetoed Snookie, LOL)
Shirley Partridge (partridge rock- named for mom of Partridge Family Show)
We had a Salmon Favrole named Rochelle but she was too loud so she was rehomed.
Other names are less creative
Cordelia, Ella (Elephant, named by my 13yo)
Fern, Lucy, Aurora, Lil White, Victoria
Almost forgot Wynona the silver Wyandote!

Then we have 7 chicks but only one has a name right now.. Which is el BC we aren't sure if its male or female so if it turns out to be a her it will be Ellen or Elliot if its a boy haha..
