cutest chicken names!

My mom had a mini bantam Silkie hen we named Bumble (as in bee) that I named while growing up. Here are the names of the chickens we name:

Brewster (kids named him, SS rooster)
Goose (SS cockerel, while learning to crow he sounded like a goose; hence the name)
Boogie (MFBD cockerel)
Loofa (blue Silkie hen)
Powder Puff (white Silkie hen)
Princess (kids idea; MFBD pullet)
Millie (MFBD pullet)
Brownie (kids idea; Silkie/OEG hen)

Dot - Dom
Freckles- speckled sussex

Muffin- EE

In the past we had Topper, Rascal, Millie, Cheese

Oh yeah, forgot about my dear departed: Princess (white silkie) and Hamburger (Hamburg).

the RIRs I've had before were Orange, BBQ, Fried, Crispy, Sweet & Sour (or whatever I felt like eating, since I could never tell those girls apart).

My mom always ends up calling one of her hens henny penny too.

That's cute. I've been collectively calling my turkeys "turkey lurkies". Their real names are actually Fred and George... Since apparently my Father is a Harry Potter fanatic. They have red feathers, go figure. Haha.

I usually refer to all my chickens together as my "ladies", and they're hardly every apart. Except for my one red sex link. She is the leader and I always call her Red. And my little white leghorn who I fondly refer to as the "skinny white expletive" since she's the smallest and most unfriendly of the bunch. I should probably name my dark RIR with the tinted black comb something like "Rambo" because she comes out of no where and pecks like she has an iron beak. When she eats out of my hand I can always tell its her because it feels like she takes a chunk of hand with her chicken feed.

My little ducks aren't chickens but I gave them Russian names (Vladimir, Misha, and Nikolai) because I always though crested ducks looked like they were wearing Cossack hats.
