I've got a cockatiel who whispers secrets to his foot. In his original home he lived in a closet because his chatter woke up the baby. He came to me a self-plucked mess of ragged feathers. To this day he whispers to things. He'll get on your shoulder and whisper in your ear. This is Pep-Bird.

I took home a cockateil his name is Giggles, well he taught all of my male to sing the cho cho roachee (not spelled right) its the Mexican song.Dazzle will bring his foot up to his beak and sing that song.
