Because as long as the brooder is warm, it’s actually just as good as having them in the incubator. That way they can’t go bowling with the unhatched eggs.

Exactly. They were playing soccer with the other eggs so I moved them.

I just built a number pad, but the spacers between the top and bottom plate aren't wide enough, so there isn't room to plug in the cable
I ordered some wider spacers, hopefully they come soon.
