Good As of today, I am now registered to compete in 3 different fairs this summer with my bantams. I'm awaiting confirmation, but there shouldn't be an issue.

I always just enter my chickens into the state fair here.

Also I think it's in the cards today to get someone to buy some hatching eggs from me! Orignal buyer forfeited by failure to respond, so it went to the second in line.

I entered the state fair here It's a much more difficult process than Utah.

Wisconsin and Minnesota are both tough states.

Wisconsin is ridiculous. With every law, they make it so, so hard to get what you need to meet it. Then they pretty much never enforce it. Driving, for instance.

At the behest of the Pork producers the Wisconsin DNR sent swat teams out to kill pigs on farms that were heritage breeds. In the end, they lost in court and had to pay full market value the animals were expected to bring.

Why would they do that, and for what logic?
