I would guess female too. A better picture may help. Young females often have a blue tinge to their cere, with halos of white around the nostrils. Males don't have the white halos, and color tends to be more purple pink when young.

Thanks, I will try and get a better photo tomorrow. And yes see that's why I'm so confused because the larakeet has a little purplish pink and then it turns into a light blue and I cant tell if theres any white lol.
