Cyst in eye, Possibly swollen third eyelid *With Pictures

I guess my girl's eye looks a bit different, not like there is puss just swollen
like the third eyelid is puffy.

Do you have any pictures of your rooster’s eye? My rooster has something very similar to this going on for a few months now. I tried flushing the eye with saline and using Terramycin for two weeks, it did not help at all. There are no avian vets in our area that will treat chickens. I spoke with our family optometrist and she suggested I try ciprofloxacin eye drops. She was not comfortable with us trying to lance and drain that area. We started him on the drops yesterday. Hopefully this will clear it up.
