At 7 weeks? Pullet for sure!

She is so pretty! I recently got 4 Millie Fluer D’uccles and they were all girls! I was so happy! They really are such a friendly and beautiful breed!

I wish I was as lucky as you - my 2 week old porcelain d’Uccle is already looking like a roo. Agh!

Thank you. I have this 7 week buff silkie and I’m not sure if it’s a hen or a roo. I’m not sure about the color. Lol. These two white silkies confuse me everyday. Lol. One has big spurs already. They are going on 8 weeks. I really wanted a pair but they are both a little aggressive so I’m thinking roo’s. Is it strange to think these white ones are not near as nice as my buff ones? Lol

Beautiful! The porcelain is not a rooster. She is a pullet!

Silkies are VERY hard to sex, sometimes you have to wait for the first crow, in most cases they can be sexed at 10-12 weeks. I’m going to guess the second white silkie part ctured is a cockerel, the buff and the other white one we will need some better pictures of the comb. Be sure to make a new thread when they reach 10 weeks!
