Definitely adorable, and it certainly looks like a Call to me. The Black East Indies are a similar size, but they have a long bill like other ducks, and they don't have what I call the cherub faces. It really annoys me that a lot of hatcheries, and even some "breeders," refer to East Indies as Call ducks. They aren't. They're Bantams like the Call ducks, but they're a totally separate variety. Many of the Black Calls have a greenish sheen in good light due to the breeding, and even some Chocolates do.
I'm really hoping to add some solid ones to our flock next year, but they don't seem to be that easy to come by. All the ones I've seen for sale for months are bibbed.
Pretty sure that's 100% pure call duck, but I had no idea they came in that gorgeous Cayuga shiny green paint job!
Oh, also I wanted to show you guys how big Wobbles has gotten. Every time I try to video her though, this happens:

Are those rare? I almost never hear about black call ducks. But now I want one! Wobbles needs a buddy, how cool would it be to have a pure white duck and a pure black one! Also, I wonder: do the females start to develop white feathers just like cayuga hens do?
