Mean ol' Ricky!

I find it funny, though. Every time Crash gets a little too nippy, I insult his big nose, too, just to get back at him.

lol yeah well ricky needs to go out with the rest of the mallards anyway so its for the best.

Mean ol' Ricky!
Yes, Mini and I are also talking about the "brown" one. The others in the blurring are still in down. It looks like either gray or blue fawn, but I'm leaning toward blue fawn, same as Mini is.
Such gorgeous birds! Are these snowy calls?
Mean ol' Ricky! :/ Pretty little ducky, though! Well, all of them are.

I'm relatively new to ducks, so I'm not sure if I have the expertise to help, but your little ducky appears to be at the same point in development as my 5 1/2 week old baby, Crash. No idea on color, though.
Edit: I'm late to the party--but at least I had the same guess for age as everyone else!Little victories.
yes, snowy calls.I am talking about the brown duck in the back of the picture. The ducklings on the side are 2 weeks old.
that's the one I'm referring to. It's growing it's flight feathers, or primaries.I am talking about the brown duck in the back of the picture. The ducklings on the side are 2 weeks old.
Hard to tell from the scale and some blurring in the pic, but looks like a gray or possibly blue fawn 5-6 weeks? What did the people you got it from say, or was it one you hatched yourself? (I'm guessing not since you'd at least know the age if that were the case.)
We're going to be letting at least some of the Calls go before that, but you're welcome to check back if you're in the area around then. I doubt that will matter if you're not looking for show quality ducks because we'll probably still have some left at that point. We haven't yet picked out what we're going to keep for breeding since they're not quite old enough yet to grade them. I was supposed to look at that this past weekend and didn't get around to it. LOL. It's really very hard to let any of them go since they're all so cute, but we can't possibly keep all the ones we hatched this year. It really complicates things that the best quality ones aren't always the ones with the best personalities![]()
This poor girl was thrown in a box with 40 other ducklings! I don't think she had ever bathed before yesterday! The man just told me she is a call duck! Now she is really living the life!
I may be going to lancaster around the end of July, I'll let you know when/if I go and maybe we can arrange something.![]()

It looks like a Call to me, or perhaps a mix. Can you get more pics? Kind of hard to tell without something to use as a scale. The best pics would be if you can get some while she doesn't know you're nearby, side and front. Call ducks if they're not standing at attention like that one is are level to the ground. They also look different from many in a front shot if they're at rest, abnormally wide if you're used to other ducks, like their body is too big for their head.
I don't think she is a mix, she is very tiny. Her bill is small too. My 2 week old are 3 / 4 her size! Lol!
Here are a few more pictures of her! I hope she is pure!
Thanks for your help!
