I hate to take the attention off the cute wittle babies, but I just wanted to update you guys on my quest for hens.

I'm going to be traveling to the Shanendoah Valley in a few weeks. So this broadens my range obviously. So far, looking in the following states is possible:

*Pennsylvania
*Southern AND Western Ohio
*West Virginia
*Maryland (Western Panhandle)
*Virginia

If anyone knows of any where in these states that may have two hens (of any color or quality), PLEASE let me know!

Thought I would share my joy with y'all! Crash woke me up this morning by honking, and has been making these high 'WAT-WAT' noises lately. I think she may actually be a girl after all! :celebrate She will be 7 weeks old on Friday. :D

Okay, I'm positive Crash is a girl now!! I was filling up the tub for her bath and Crash heard the water running from her brooder. She got all excited as usual and was doing her excited chirps, and then she let out a, "QUACK!"

The 3rd is still trying to get out. Don't want to intervene too early as tonight is the actual due date. Made a safe hole but will give til tomorrow night before intervening any further. Hopefully it makes it. Love the silver blue stripe down the yellow ones back :)
