Ok, serious question here. To me Snowy and her male buddy look like mini Welsh Harlequins. I know the Calls have their own breed names but am I right? Just wondering.

You are absolutely correct!!

Welsh Harlequins, Abacot Rangers and Snowy Calls (called Silvers in the UK) all share the same color genotype...

Yay. Thank you. I am glad. It is so cool seeing the tiny counterparts of the larger ones. And then the beauty of all the color variations with the Calls. They seem to have more diversity than the larger domestic breeds? I have never heard of a big Magpie duck, just the Call. The Call Magpie that I hope @Lacrystol gets someday soon.

I'll go look at Abacot Rangers on google images. I have not heard of that ever in my life. You know your stuff!!

Still trying to find someone that has Calls laying right now! Preferably white, ancona, pied, or magpie! My Winter is patiently awaiting for the arrival of her perfect mate and I would love to hatch him as soon as possible, especially now that we're going to be living in the country limits of Alabama and no longer the city! I'm going to have the mini farm with mini animals that I've always wanted! And, I am more than excited about it! I would love if Winter could give me some babies this spring! Here she is on our farm, please let me know if you have Call eggs now or anytime soon! Thank you
