Just found this thread! I have a call duck that I purchased a few months ago as a hen. Didn't really question it. I have since been looking for a drake with no luck. Last week I entered her in the fair and she won grand champion. After further examination I am not so confident that SHE is not a HE.... She made some drake squeaks and I have not had a chance to really test it and see if she quacks. Looking back on fair pics it almost looks like a tail feather trying to curl. Which would explain why she has never laid the very first egg....Any thoughts? If she is a he I guess I need to change my search from drakes to hens!

Hi all! These are my two 3 1/2 month old Calls, who are from eggs that @Ravynscroft sent me The blue fawn is named Jujube, and the silver magpie, who is so tiny, is Cupcake.

I also have five blue fawn ducklings that I need to get new pictures of.
