Bet it wasn't just A hat that bothered him but THAT hat. He didn't like you dressing him up like the Queen's Mum. He wanted a little crown like Prince Harry.

I don't know what a "Choose Goose" is, but it must not be a very good breed since I've never seen any at any poultry show I've been to, plus I checked to see if it's in any of my poultry standard books, which it isn't. That's probably another thing about it that made Wobbles feel like it was beneath him.
