saturday ill have 5 if they've hatched but he said they should've hatched tuesday but i can't make the trip to get them until this weekend

I've got 8 more of my snowy eggs in lock down due tomorrow. Hopefully we'll be able to get most out! Due to past experience I have already made a safe hole in the air cell and I'm leaving the humidity as is until I start helping them hatch. I don't want drown ducklings.

Well, this is interesting. Bean had a feather 'splosion during the night, and while I was snuggling her I noticed that although most of them are blue or white, there's one patch on her that's BROWN. It's so bizarre! I couldn't get a good photo 'cuz of her camera-phobia, but here it is.



They're brown! Just on that one patch, too.

eeeeee, snuggling her. Where is Wobbles when you are doing that? Does he get jealous? I see the brown. Will it be more obvious when she's fully feathered?
