I would not, I use oxidine. It's great for contamination and kills all bacteria.

Right?? I'll never get over call ducks! Their roundness gets to me every time I see one <3 Even my friend asked me if I could tell him the breed of a cute duck he'd had as his phone background, and I took one look and sure enough, it was a call duck! I get lotsa stares and odd questions whenever I take Wobs out on his leash. People are floored when I tell them he's fully grown!

Also a lil' personal update, Wobs and Bean are getting along better than ever now. He still chases her from time to time, but they're slowly getting rarer as time goes on. I dunno if they'll ever be best buds, but at least for now there seems to be a cease fire. Now if only I could stop Bean from being terrified of dang near everything, I'd be sittin' pretty!

I am so glad the little twosome of call duckness is getting along better. That is a wonderful development, Amykins. Keep posting updates on their interactions. I hope so too the Bean gurl outgrows her fear of everything. I wonder if she will?

You totally get it. Something about the roundness of a call duck gets me too. I squeal when I see photos of them. Since I have never seen one in real life I'd flip out if I saw someone with one on a leash. If your friend had a call or any duck on his phone for that matter it must mean he loves them. I put my friend's ducks on my phone too. And my desktop computer at work.

People wouldn't be used to seeing someone out and about with a duck let alone a call duck. I never even knew they existed until about a year ago. They truly are little treasures.
 
Ok they are now 4 1/2 weeks old, all 6 look a like except for bill coloring. Any ideas of sex









All 6 can have a very high pitch to their quack but can be softer quack too. Thank you for any help.
