Da' Cute and Cuddly Call Duck thread!

She's had an anti toxin she doesn't need a flush but thank you for the suggestion. I do have her on electrolyte and vitamin fortified water to keep her hydrated. mostly she's sitting in the dark and quiet to reduce stress. She's a wild duck so the best thing I can do is make sure she doesn't starve or dehydrate while she recovers.
Do you have any idea what she ate? Are you a water fowl rehabber?

I have no idea what she ate. Someone found her nearly dead in a park and took her to the vet. The vet knows I look after my own ducks when they are sick (although to be fair mostly those are leg injuries in ducklings or young ducks) and that I had a brooding box in the house I could keep her in so she didn't have to sit in a vet cage between cats. The woman who normally arranges pick up for the wild ducks wasn't available so I got the call.

So sweet of you to help out this poor creature who needed help. I don't think sitting between 2 cats would have helped speed it to recovery. Please keep us updated on how it's doing. Is it a Mallard?

Wobs n' Bean have been mating like crazy! I'm getting so impatient, I just want this lil; birb to lay...
