You can sell raw goat's milk, but you have to say that it is not for human consumption. People buy it for their pets that way, but truthfully most who buy it, I secretly suspect, drink it. However, if your thinking bigger, there is a huge market for goat's milk these days. Its becoming more and more common. There are grade A goat dairys in every state now.
As far as the taste of goat's milk. I like it just as well, or better. Most kids that visit my house don't even realize its not cow's milk until mine tells them. Any excess milk that you have can be made into butter, cheese, ice cream...all of the things you can do with cow's milk.
You can make wonderful soaps and lotions out of your surplus milk too and these you can market and sell.
