Thats must be very hard. Specially the one always being picked on. I have the Silkies, and I'm not sure if the Aracunnas mean to do this, but they run over them sometimes - And the Rooster tends to mess with them, so I make sure they get double protection.

Also, me and my dad have built a coop with a door - Roof, and double fence wire. One large layer, and on the outer side, small chicken wire. And if we ever need to put them in something in case we see anything that could get through the first two fence layers, we have a inner coop we could put them in and lock the door on that. Seems like a lot of work, but at least I know my chickens are protected from any predators.
