Awww, I'm sorry you had to re-home him. I re-homed two a couple of weeks ago. They weren't crowing too much. They were doing that other thing roosters do, too much.
LOL! I actually walked in on my Australorp laying an egg today! That kind of took away from the fact my araucanas are still pre-pubescent children who don't know what eggs are yet.
She just stared at me, ruffled her feathers and walked out with an egg stuck to her butt fluff! (Thats why she's called Bo bo)
