4 and 5 week old quail chicks. Out of 7 I have six males.
Of the males I have
Some that look Like this.

And some that look like this.

Which one are closest to being right?

at this point, I'd say the bottom darker ones will be your better males color wise

That is what I was thinking but thought I had better ask. I am going to Ohio Saturday to get two pair of millies and a silver quail cockrel.

Still nothing, but they were wiggling too good on day 18 not to hatch, just gotta wait the little peepers out I guess, got the brooder box up and ready, just gotta wait on the new occupants.

I'm just so excited keep running from the living room to the dining room where the bator is located to check on them, this looks an awful lot like me!!

Still nothing Aubrey, but would the fact that they were put in the incubator at 8p.m. make a difference? Like maybe they won't start to hatch till tonight? Just wondering.
