Well I know this may sounds weird. but I actually think one of my ducklings have gone Quakers since it was born. When I got 'em was in a paper bag. He or She was trying to jump out from the start. So i figured it just wanted out of the bag. But when we got home, he or she jumped on my lap and then ran up to my knee. In one day, it also learned to jump out of his/her cage and into my hand. jump out and on anything it can reach.
what realy got me the most was when little Dope(thats its name) took a few waddles back. Ran. Jumped on the wall of and pushed itself off. doing a small flip.
It seems to enjoy this but my other ducking doesnt do a thing. sometimes I get worried he or she might get hurt.
Is it hyper active? smart? or just goofy.
Does anyone else have similar stories of a Dare Devil Duck

ducklings can jump and are super duper fast, they can dash about like lightening. I once was bringing home a pair in a box we thought we had the top closed decently enough but they both hopped out! we were driving lol i had these we ones dashing about all over the floor of the car, we were laughing so hard, pulled over secured the "kids"

My scovies can push this up a notch, they are notorious climbers and can do so really young..

cute little one! sounds like quite the character!

Defiantly a Character. Unfortunately yes they did come in a large brown paper bag with holes. This was my first time buying. And the plac looked nice and homey. They are also perfectly healthy. However he ran out of boxes and that was all he had.
Its only the one duckling who seems interested in climbing.
Silly little thing just finished playing soccer with a green rubber ball they play with lol
